Who is Relise?
I’m just simply, Elise. Born and raised in Western Sydney, NSW. But naming my business ‘Elise Photography’ wouldn’t work (I spy other businesses with similar names).
At first the name Relise (sounds like ree-lease) was a combination of my last and first names for a YouTube Channel (yes, I’m Gen Z). That pipe dream didn’t work out but ‘Relise’ was still floating around as a name I created.
It took me several years of debating career choices and battling my own insecurities before Relise Photography then came to fruition. The more I craft Relise the photography brand, the more I realise family, love and connection means everything. And now that I have my own family, I want all my clients to feel this incredible sensation of enjoying life through photos.

I can tell you lots about how my photography can capture milestones and memories and how you should embrace those fleeting moments. But I’m not going to.
Instead know Relise Photography is not just another business that can take photos. I’m here to match your energy and make your experience one you’ll happily remember. If you want a session by the beach - I’ll be there. You love running in the city with your fiancé - I’ll be there. If you bring your whole heart to the session, I’ll photograph it. If you want to laugh in the face of your anxieties and insecurities - I’ll laugh with you. I wholeheartedly believe that the present is currently your best self and the best version of your family to date.
